Refund & Return Policy – GamersFlex

At GamersFlex, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for physical and digital products purchased from us.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Rules

  • Refunds/returns apply only under conditions mentioned below.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • No returns/refunds for reasons like “changed mind” or “ordered by mistake.”


2. Physical Products (Consoles, Controllers, Accessories)

Eligible for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning on arrival.

  • The product received is wrong compared to what you ordered.

Condition:
A clear unboxing video from start to end is mandatory showing package opening, product condition, and issue.

Not Eligible

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Missing unboxing video

  • Products showing signs of misuse, burn marks, liquid damage, dents, or mishandling

  • Minor cosmetic scratches on refurbished/pre-owned items

Warranty

  • Warranty details vary based on the product.

  • Pre-owned products may have limited or no warranty.


3. Digital Products (Gift Cards, Codes, Top-ups)

Strictly No Refund / No Return

Digital items cannot be returned or refunded after delivery because:

  • Codes are sent instantly/shortly after purchase

  • Codes are verified before sending

  • Once a code is shown as delivered, it cannot be resold

  • If the code shows already redeemed, we will verify with logs

    • If verified as unused when sent, no refund will be issued

    • If the error occurred due to our fault, we will replace the code

Important:
Customers must use the digital code correctly, as region mismatch or account misuse will not be eligible for a refund.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • Once an item is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled once generated or delivered.

If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.


5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 2–5 business days

  • Wallet Refunds: Instant or within hours

  • Store Credit (if chosen): Instant

Refund time may vary depending on your bank/service provider.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • For returns where the customer is at fault (wrong address, item refused, etc.), shipping costs will be deducted.


7. Courier & Delivery Issues

GamersFlex is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by customer

However, we will assist by raising support tickets with the courier company.


8. How to File a Return/Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund, contact us with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Unboxing video

  3. Issue description

  4. Photos of product (if applicable)
