  • Orders may be canceled by GamersFlex in case of:

    • Listing errors

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued (as per our Refund Policy).

4. Payments

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Wallets / Payment Gateways

We do not store any card or banking details.

All payments must be completed before dispatch or delivery. Orders will not be processed until payment is verified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and product type.

  • Tracking details will be provided for shipped orders.

  • GamersFlex is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.

  • Digital products (gift cards, codes) are delivered via email or WhatsApp usually within minutes or hours.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation rules depend on the product category.

Physical Products (Consoles, Accessories)

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim..

  • No returns for physical damage caused after delivery.

Digital Products (Gift Cards, Codes)

  • No refund or replacement once code is delivered and shown as redeemed.

  • All codes are checked before sending.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping/distribution.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
