At GamersFlex, we aim to deliver your products safely and within the estimated timelines. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for both normal consoles and consoles with pre-installed games.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order update via WhatsApp or email once your order is packed or shipped.


2. Delivery Timeframes

A. Normal Consoles (No Games Installed)

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 days
This includes:

  • Quality check

  • Secure packaging

  • Courier transit time

B. Consoles With Pre-Installed Games

Estimated delivery time: 15–20 days
Reason:

  • Game loading and installation takes time

  • Additional testing to ensure smooth performance

  • Final verification before dispatch

We prioritize delivering a console that is fully ready to play with no errors or missing files.


3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote areas)

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions.


5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may take extra time in the following situations:

  • Remote or rural locations

  • Courier delays or strikes

  • Weather-related issues

  • High seasonal load (festivals, sales)

GamersFlex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking your package.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer enters the wrong address or is unavailable during delivery:

  • The courier may return the package to us.

  • Re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable in such cases.


7. Damage During Transit

To claim for damage:

  • You must provide a full unboxing video from start to end.

  • Claims without video cannot be approved.

  • Physical damage after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.


8. Digital Products

Digital items such as gift cards, game codes, and top-ups are delivered via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • SMS (in rare cases)

Delivery time: Instant to a few hours
(Delays may occur due to server load or manual verification.)
